About this event

Plant Music Meditation 🍃🎶

If a plant could sing, what would it song sound like?

If you're curious, please come join me for an immersive meditation experience inspired by the living world around us. Using a special device, we listen to the electrical activity of the live plants that is translated into synthesized music. Using this device as support, Mickey will guide us into a meditation with the intention of healing.

This is an invitation to pause, get curious, and reconnect with yourself through plants, sound, stillness, and community.

You don't need to know anything about meditation plants or sound healing to join you don't need to be "good" at meditating. Simply come as you are, get comfortable, and allow yourself to listen.

What to expect:

🌱 Live plant music - hear the subtle pulsing energy of plants transformed into beautiful, evolving sound.

🧘♀️ Guided meditation - meditation inspired by the plants and the music they create, offering space to settle into your body, quite your mind, and simply be present.

🎶 Sound healing - gentle Sva Ha sound support woman throughout the experience to encourage relaxation and healing.

🍃 Connection with nature - and opportunity to experience plants in a different way and explore what it feels like to listen with rather than simply look at the natural world. Allow the natural world to truly come alive in your experience.

🐾 Special guest: Pooka - pooka will be joining us for the evening! She may wander, cuddle, or simply keep us company as we settle into the experience. She's hypoallergenic, independent, and very well trained. (and excited to meet you!)

We begin at 7:00PM

Come with an open mind. Come with a curious heart. Come tired. Come skeptical. Come excited. There's no particular way you need to experience this.

Consider this your invitation to slow down, listen deeply, and spend some time in the company of living things instead of your to-do list.
