- ➤ ICE transferred Brazilian mother Rosane Ferreira-De Oliveira from a Rhode Island detention center to a corrections facility in Dover, New Hampshire following her May 8 arrest on Eureka Street in Worcester—her lawyer noted the move was made without explanation.
