About this event
The Museum of Work & Culture, a museum of the Rhode Island Historical Society, will commemorate Veterans Day by holding a food and clothing drive in support of local veterans. Visitors who donate a non-perishable food item, blanket, toiletries, or a new article of clothing, such as socks, undershirts, or underwear, will receive free admission to the museum on Wednesday, November 11.
All donations will go to New Englanders Helping Our Veterans, a Rhode-Island based nonprofit serving veterans in the community.
