Music + Movement - A Vinyasa flow led by musicality. Each weeks brings a new genre, artist, or sound - and we let its structure guide the practice. Instead of counting breaths, we follow riffs, builds, and breakdowns through a creative, flowing sequence. The music is your cue. The body is your instrument. No choreography or dance experience needed - just your mat and a willingness to move.
