Velvet Flow is a sensual, beginner-friendly chair dance experience designed to help you build confidence, embrace your femininity, and connect with your body through movement. With slow, intentional choreography and a supportive, judgment-free atmosphere, you’ll have the freedom to let go, explore, and feel empowered.
No dance experience necessary. Heels are optional!
