- ➤ On Monday in Worcester Superior Court, a 15-year-old girl testified that when she was 7, Joshua Hubert allegedly abducted her during a family gathering, raped her, and threw her off a bridge—forcing her to play dead to survive as jury selection and opening statements continued. MassLive
