- ➤ New green bicycle crossings — known as crossbikes — have been installed on Stafford, Main, Grove, Mill, Burncoat and McKeon streets to provide cyclists with a clear path at intersections. - ➤ The Massachusetts House and Senate passed a bill that provides $300 million in increased road and bridge funding—a 50% boost from previous levels—and it now awaits Gov. Healey’s signature to become law. The bill, which allocates a total of $1.2 billion for state transportation projects, will benefit cities like Worcester that have extensive road miles.
