Healey a $61 billion fiscal 2026 budget and interim plan on June 30, which includes a reserve of over $800 million & aims to shield the state from potential federal funding cuts that may affect Medicaid and clean energy incentives. - ➤ The state Department of Transportation and Mobility will expand Worcester’s Traffic Calming Speed Hump Program by installing over 100 temporary and permanent speed humps and raised crosswalks on local streets—part of a broader effort to improve traffic safety.
