- ➤ On Friday, a Superior Court judge tossed a lawsuit by nine towns (including Holden) that challenged the MBTA Communities Act, ruling that indirect costs did not make the law an unfunded mandate. - ➤ Blaze Jordan, a Red Sox prospect, was promoted to Triple-A Worcester after he led the Eastern League in key stats with Portland earlier this month.
