- ➤ Worcester Police arrested 25-year-old Lugardo Flores near University Park on Tuesday evening after a shooting left a 21-year-old with a graze to the head and two vehicles damaged—Flores faces charges including assault with a dangerous weapon, armed assault to murder, and several firearm offenses as the investigation continues.
