EDUCATION NEWS

  • Worcester State University honored over 60 students and two faculty members at its Academic Achievement Awards ceremony on April 23, recognizing academic success and community involvement (with awards highlighting areas such as nursing, computer science, and psychology).  Worcester State University
  • Clark University reported a 35% increase in deposits for the incoming Class of 2030 after restructuring its programs and recruiting more students outside New England.   • Toloo Taghian, PhD received a five-year, $3.2M grant from the National Institute of Neurological Disorders and Stroke to develop a gene therapy for UBA5 disorder at UMass Chan Medical School in Worcester.
