Good morning, Worcester.

Dr. Charles Steinberg has written a tribute song called 'We Are Worcester' that honors the city from its early days to its modern renewal (featuring a collaboration with Ellis Hall).

It will debut at Polar Park's National Baseball Poetry Festival on May 8.

Fitchburg Art Museum, celebrating its centennial, has received the 2,000-year-old mummy Tanetpahekau from Holy Cross.

The artifact will feature in the upcoming Discover Ancient Egypt exhibit, scheduled to reopen in late summer or early autumn and studied + restored by local experts.

Worcester diners can save 20% on checks of $10+ with digital dining certificates from Restaurant.com when they use code FOOD20 until May 31; the certificates never expire and work via mobile devices (supporting independent eateries).
