- ➤ On Monday at around 3:58 p.m. an 8-year-old non-verbal autistic boy who escaped through a first-floor window was rescued from chest-deep water in a Milford pond by Officer Brian Sanchioni and K-9 Titan—who tracked him along a stream for about 600 feet before reuniting him with his mother and taking him to Milford Regional Medical Center for a precautionary evaluation.
