- ➤ Worcester resident Nayari Veras started an online petition to ask the city to clean up Oread Castle Park after residents found used syringes, needles and trash near playground areas. The petition—now signed by over 100 residents—will be delivered to District 4 councilor Luis Ojeda on April 29 to call for better waste management and more police patrols to keep the park safe.
