- ➤ Gina Llerena-Donohue, a Spencer woman, faces a federal charge for fraudulently obtaining $41,954 in Social Security benefits from a beneficiary who died in 2006 — she is accused of not reporting the death to the bank or Social Security Administration and will be arraigned in Worcester later.
