- ➤ RFK Community Alliance raised over $425K on Wednesday at its 19th annual Embracing the Legacy celebration in Lancaster (supporting its residential programs for adult care and youth treatment) in one of its highest fundraising totals. Worcester Business Journal
CULTURE NEWS
- ➤ The Hanover Theatre in Worcester will receive a $200,000 grant from the Massachusetts Cultural Council as part of a state Gaming Mitigation Fund program announced yesterday to support performing arts centers with touring shows. - ➤ Worcester’s EcoTarium opens its ‘Secret World of Elephants’ exhibit today featuring interactive displays on elephant history and biology. The American Museum of Natural History developed the exhibit that runs until Sept. with free admission for members + $7 on weekends. MassLive
