About this event

On November 17, the Center for Civic Friendship, in partnership with the Boston Red Sox, invites the Assumption community to the launch of Assumption University’s Civic Friendship Playbook.

There will be a special meet-and-greet in Pierre’s Pub at 5 p.m., featuring Red Sox staff and a rare opportunity to see the historic 2004 World Series trophy up close. We will then gather in Curtis Performance Hall for a welcome from President Greg Weiner and a panel discussion, which will be moderated by Professor Gary Senecal, chair of the Sports Working Group.

Panelists include:

• Ella Bianchi, Civic Friendship student

• David Friedman, Executive Vice President, Legal and Government Affairs, Boston Red Sox

• Rory O’Donnell, Football Captain

• Krystle Robleski, Director of Sports Performance

• Professor Sam Stoner, Philosophy

• Professor Greg Walsh, Sports Marketing

Listed by Assumption University (The Events Calendar), gathered by the Worcester events calendar.
